Fragus Group
Warranty via Fragus
If you have a valid warranty from Fragus Group, go to an authorised workshop, e.g. Mekonomen or Autoexpert. Let them know it is a warranty case via Fragus.
The workshop diagnoses the car and contacts Fragus for approval. If it is covered, the car is repaired under the warranty.

Our road-safety warranty
If you haven't bought a Fragus warranty, your car is covered by Haninge Fordon's own road-safety warranty. It applies to consumers and cannot be transferred. The car's age is counted from first registration.
- Covers faults that affect the car's road safety
- Scope depends on the age and mileage at purchase
- Applies from the time of purchase (binding contract)
How the road-safety warranty applies
≤ 3 yrs & ≤ 50,000 km
Cars up to 3 years old (36 months) at purchase that have driven at most 50,000 km.
3–6 yrs & ≤ 100,000 km
Cars between 3 and 6 years (72 months) that have driven at most 100,000 km.
6–12 yrs & ≤ 200,000 km
Cars between 6 and 12 years (144 months) that have driven at most 200,000 km.
Other cars
Cars outside the above (not sold as repair objects).
If the car is sold as a repair object, no warranties apply. Full terms are provided at the time of purchase.
